








Adult Classes
We teach Yoga to people of all ages and all levels, in both group and private settings. The Sivananda style of Hatha Yoga we teach is based in 12 basic Yoga asanas (steady poses) and pranayama (breath control). In a beginners class, we will introduce you to the five points of Yoga, as taught in the Sivananda system: Proper Exercise, Proper Breathing, Proper Relaxation, Proper Diet, Positive Thinking and Meditation. Laurah's background in dance, therapeutic massage and Ayurveda allows her to offer students specific anatomical feedback and corrections, as well as counseling in other aspects of Yoga practice, including diet, self-massage, and meditation. Biju brings a lifetime of outdoor life and athleticism to his teaching, and inspires his students with his spirited practice and his warm, gentle nature. Biju especially enjoys his classes with seniors.
